In line with Government advice the Village Hall Committee have today decided to close the Village Hall until further notice. The notices also request users follow social distancing guidelines.
Latest update: March 14th 2020
It is incumbent on the Village Hall Committee that we provide a safe community facility. The premises are cleaned regularly and we will undertake regular checks to ensure that the kitchen and washroom areas are well supplied with handwashing facilities. We will take notice of Government and Public Health England information to keep up to date with the ongoing situation. Notices about hand-washing are displayed. We would ask all users of the Hall to consider others by not entering the premises if you are feeling unwell (whether you think it is Coronavirus or not) or if you have travelled to any affected areas in the last 2 weeks, including within the UK.
